This project has recieved I-956F approval from the United States Customs & Immigration Services bureau.
USCIS has approved the project documents for the Maxie’s restaurant EB-5 project. This approval verifies the project’s adherence to the Eb-5 requirements, and indicates that any EB-5 investors filing a petition for a green card would be approved *.
This assumes the investors source of funds & other personal documents are approved. The I-956F only verifies the project level documents, & does not guaranty any approval of investor's personal documents.Developer funding has been injected into the project, & can cover any deficint in EB-5 funding.
The first Maxie’s has performed well, & the EB-5 investors have successfully recieved their green cards.
The project is located in a new office space with 7,500 workers and 300,000 wealthy residents across the road.
The project has recieved USCIS I-956F exemplar approval,adding certainty to any EB-5 petitioners.
The Developer has guaranteed the completion of the project.
The project building is already under construction. Completion is expected in Q2 of 2025.
The USCIS requires 10 jobs created per investor. The Project will create 66 jobs, or 16.5 jobs per investor.
